Loan Policy Changes effective 09/01/2017 -- Wednesday, September 20 2017

The following changes to loan policy/procedures were adopted by the Board of Directors effective 09/01/2017: New members are not eligible to borrow until they have been a member for 3 months. Members who have reportable delinquent loan history (60 days or more) must bring loan up to date and keep it in current status for 6 months before they are eligible to apply for any new credit.

IMPORTANT!! ACH CHANGES -- Tuesday, September 27 2016

Dear Members,

Due to recent Same Day changes to ACH rules and regulations, we will be receiving multiple ACH files every day instead of just one morning file, effective September 23, 2016.

We may now receive files up to 3 times a day so that transactions time stamped for a specific date may still come through even if it is not included in the morning file we receive.

Checks that are presented electronically may also process through in these ACH files, instead of  coming through only in the afternoon.

LOST/STOLEN DEBIT OR CREDIT CARDS -- Monday, December 13 2010

If you need to report a lost or stolen debit or credit card that you have with the URE Credit Union, please call 1-800-449-7728. Please follow up with the office staff during working hours: Monday thru Friday 8:30 am to 4:00 pm.
